Use
If you want to use HR master data for Project Resource Planning, you can transfer the data from SAP Human Resources (HR) to your application system.
You make the settings for the distribution of data between application systems in Customizing under SAP Netweaver -> Application Server -> IDoc Interface / Application Link Enabling (ALE).
Application Link Enabling provides the technical basis for the distribution using the IDoc interface.
Requirements
You use SAP Human Resources (HR).
You have defined the RFC destination for the HR system under Tools -> Administration -> Administration -> Network -> RFC Destinations in the SAP menu.
Standard settings
Activities
- Carry out the activities in Customizing under SAP Netweaver -> Application Server -> IDoc Interface / Application Link Enabling (ALE).
- The following Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) are available for inbound processing of master data:
- HRALE00INBOUND_IDOC with the PRP_P_HRALE implementation
- HRBAS00INFTY with the PRP_CP_BUFFER implementation
