Use
If you use SAP document management (DMS) for storing project status reports, the system uses the infrastructure of the object links. Therefore, you have to activate the object type for project status reports in this Customizing activity. The system takes the logical system, the web server, and the fields and frames to be displayed from the object type.
Requirements
- You have activated the usage of project status reports with storage in document management for at least one project type (see Define Project Types).
- You have created an RFC connection to the DMS system.
Standard settings
Activities
Activate the object type and enter the web server and the RFC connection to the DMS system.
If you want to make more settings, follow the instructions in Customizing for Project Management under Make Settings for the Linked SAP Objects.
