Use

In this Customizing activity you define severities and assign them statuses to be displayed in the application.

If you have not created evaluations in Project Management and therefore the system cannot determine which status to display, it automatically displays the status assigned to the severity level 1. If you did not define a severity level 1, the system does not display a status.

The standard system offers various severities.

Activities

  1. Specify a severity and a description for it.
  2. Assign it a status.

    You can select the status from the existing system statuses or specify a URL.
