Use
In the standard system there are two categories you can use for folders and documents. You must create a status profile for documents (0_SAP-DOC) in this Customizing activity so that you can use the document functions in Portfolio and Project Management.

Activities
- Place your cursor on the row 0_SAP-DOC and choose Goto --> Details.
The detail view appears.
- If the Status Profile field is empty, choose Create Status Profile.
The system creates a status profile.
- If required, change the texts for each status by placing your cursor on a status profile and choosing Details. Do not make any other changes.
- Save your changes.
