Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Project Management (PPM-PRO) component.

You use this BAdI to change the search for control plan characteristics in the project management system and the search for master inspection characteristics and plants from an SAP Quality Management system.

These search helps are based on the search help type Object Value Selector with the corresponding use of the standard WebDynpro component WDR_OVS. The methods contained allow access to the following four phases of this search help which are each called only once by the Object Value Selector during the search:

  1. Configuring the search help
  2. Defining the selection fields and the default values
  3. Executing the search and returning the result table
  4. Returning the selection

Requirements

You have activated the integration of QM master inspection characteristics in Customizing for Project Management, by choosing Define Characteristics in Control Plan.

Standard settings

  • This BAdI has a fallback class which is called if no implementation exists.
  • The BAdI is not designed for multiple use.
  • The BAdI is not filter-dependent.
