Use

In this Customizing activity, you activate project management workflow processes by establishing a link between an event and a workflow or task and then you assign agents to the task.

Workflows start as reactions to events triggered by the application.

If you want to establish a link between an event and a workflow or task in the standard system, you must activate this link.

Requirements

You have completed automatic workflow Customizing.

For more information about classifying tasks, see SAP Library under SAP NetWeaver by Key Capability -> Application Platform by Key Capability -> Business Services -> SAP Business Workflow -> Role Documentation -> Roles in Workflow -> Workflow System Administrator -> Business Workflow Administration -> Workflow System Administration -> Customizing for Tasks and Workflows.
