In this step, you determine which wage types are to be included in the Bonus and Salary subcategories of the Pay category in the Total Compensation Statement. Using these wage types, the system calculates a total amount for the relevant category from the payroll results.

Requirements

You have decided which subcategories are to be listed in the Pay category of the Total Compensation Statement and the wage types which are to be included in the subcategories.

Standard settings

The SAP standard delivery contains the subcategories Bonus and Salary.

For some countries, Malaysias, the Philippines and Thailand, the subcategories Bonus and Salary have already been assigned wage types.

  1. Enter a country grouping and a subcategory
  2. Choose New entries.
  3. Enter a wage types which are to be included in the subcategories, with periods and arithmetic symbols.
  4. Save your entries.
