Use
In this Implementation Guide (IMG) activity you use the feature PSRCL (User Exit for Pay Scale Reclassification) to specify, based on an employee's organizational characteristics, what special processing you want the system to perform for that employee's pay scale reclassification. In other words, based on the employee characteristics you save a filter value for the Business Add-In (BAdI) Pay Scale Reclassification (HRCMP00_PS_RECL).
The system performs the corresponding BAdI implementation for the employee.
You must perform this IMG activity if you want to perform pay scale reclassifications with the BAdI Pay Scale Reclassification (HRCMP00_PS_RECL) in a customer-specific way.
