In this section of the Implementation Guide (IMG), you can define web links for the various survey providers in the Internet.
You can define links to salary survey providers
- which support the SAP interfaces and return the survey results to the SAP system
- whose websites you want to display without exchanging data.
Example
Requirements
The SAP interface is only supported by Hay PayNet at the present time. If you want to exchange information with PayNet, you must have registered for the relevant services with Hay PayNet.

Further notes
Error log when executing ESS scenarios
When you execute the ESS scenario, the system edits the relevant XML document from the survey provider. Errors may occur, required entry fields may not be filled, predefined tags may not be delivered, or field contents may be too long, for example.
If errors occur, the system writes these error in a standard error log, and the ESS scenario outputs a general error message. You can display the error log in the system. To do this, execute the function in the transaction SLG1, by entering the transaction HRCMP0053 as a search criteria, for example.
If necessary, you can also send the error log to survey providers, so they can analyze the errors and make the data available in the correct format.
