Standard settings
The SAP standard settings include the required default values.
Recommendation
We recommend that you do not change the standard settings.
Activities
If you want to use settings other than the standard settings, change the parameters to meet your requirements.
You can determine the following in the individual fields:
EVSUB: Default value for Job evaluation method
In this field, you determine which of the job evaulation methods is to be used as the predefined value (in Compensation Management queries), or as the default value (in the initial screen of Job pricing in the evaluation method field").

OOSC2: Evaluation path for jobs in organizational units
Key of evaluation path, that the system uses to determine the jobs in an organizational unit, for which job pricing is to be carried out.
SVSUB: Default value for survey type
In this field, you determine which of the survey types available the system will use as a predefined value (in Compensation Management queries, for example) or as a default value (in the initial screen of Job pricing in the Salary survey field).
