Use
If you chose business event as the waiting list level in IMG activity Define Standard Waiting List Level and Capacity, you have to specifically define the waiting list capacity at the business event level. This also applies when you define the business event as a separate waiting list level for modules in the Module Data infotype (1746).
In this IMG activity, you define the allowed maximum number of waiting list bookings per business event. You can also define which message the system should output if a user attempts to make waiting list bookings after the maximum waiting list capacity has already been reached. The type of message determines whether or not changes are allowed.

To define the maximum waiting list capacitiy, enter a numerical value between 0 and 999 in the entry with group SEMIN and setting WKAPM. This value defines the size of the waiting list at the business event level (level E) as a percentage of the optimum business event capacity. Negative values are not allowed.
The setting WKAPT in group SEMIN defines the type of message the system outputs when the waiting list capacity is exceeded at the business event level. We recommend that you enter the value E here. To display the possible values, choose F1.
