Use
In this IMG activity, you activate the distribution of student master data to other systems.
When distribution is activated, the system takes the following student master data into account:
- Business partner data (including address, bank details and payment cards)
- Personal data
- Additional personal data
- Residence data
- Visa data
- Study data
- Fee calculation data
- Challenge data
- Student number
Requirements
Standard settings
Distribution of student master data is not activated in the standard system.
Activities
If you want to activate distribution of student master data, set the indicator call (call function module) for all entries delivered by SAP.
You can also activate distribution by importing BC Set ISHERCM_STUDENT_DISTRIBUTE_XI (Activate Distribution of Student Master Data via XI).
If you want to distribute business partners who are not students (sponsors, etc.), you must leave the entry for callup point BPOUT (Business Partner Outbound) and function module HRIQ_STBP_MAIN_EVENT_BPOUT inactive, and activate function module BUPA_OUTBOUND_MAIN for this callup point instead. You can activate function module BUPA_OUTBOUND_MAIN in the IMG activity Activate Function Modules of SAP Business Partner Customizing.
