Use

In this IMG activity, you can adjust the status display in the header subscreen of the student file to your own requirements:

  • You can exclude existing entries from the status display by explicitly deactivating them.
  • You can define a sort sequence which determines the order in which statuses are displayed.
  • You can override the status descriptions to be used in the status display of the header subscreen. This applies in particular to the system status. The system distinguishes between the system status which is provided by SAP, and the customer status which is user-defined.

In the header subscreen of the student file, the system shows only those statuses which you define here and do not deactivate.

Requirements

You have created the required customer statuses in the IMG activity Create Customer Status Types.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Determine which statuses you want the system to offer in the header subscreen, and enter any missing statuses.
  2. Set the Deact. indicator for statuses which should not appear in the header subscreen.
  3. Define the sort sequence.
  4. Enter a different short and long text, if required.
