Use

In this activity, you create a time constraint for each customer status.

You must enter a time constraint because customer statuses are stored in the system as subtypes of infotype 1728 (Status Indicators). When you create customer statuses, which you did in the previous activity, the system automatically assigns the relevant data to the subtype in the background. You therefore now only have to specify the time constraint.

SAP recommends you use time constraint 2 - with gaps for customer statuses.
