Use
In this IMG activity, you define the Campus Management document types and assign them an anchor from Records Management.
When the system reads a document of a certain type from Records Management, it requires an anchor to access this document.

Activities
- Enter a four-character alphanumeric key and a description for each document type.
- Assign each document type an anchor value.
Example
When the system performs the admission check, you want it to determine if a document (transcript, etc.) exists for a specific document type in Records Management.
You therefore define a subrequirement with the condition check document (see also IMG activity Define Subrequirements and Auxiliary Conditions).
This subrequirement contains a document type parameter. You can implement this parameter in the business add-in BAdI: Subrequirement Condition. You must define the anchor when you implement the BAdI.
