Use

In this IMG activity, you determine which calculation points SAP offers for academic performance indices.

A calculation point defines the point within the respective Campus Management application at which the system calculates the assigned performance index.

You can assign one or more performance indices to a calculation point (see IMG activity Assign Academic Performance Indices to Calculation Points).

Activities

Determine which calculation points the system contains.

You need to create calculation points in this activity only if you have created and implemented user-defined applications which are not part of the Campus Management standard system and you require academic performance indices for these. The key for user-defined calculation points must be in the customer namespace (Y* or Z*).

Example

The progression application contains a separate calculation point for each progression category. You can therefore calculate a specific set of performance indices for each progression category. These performance indices can then be used in VSR rule checks.
