Use

In this IMG activity, you define the customer statuses you require in your assessment processes. You can use customer statuses to map your administrative procedures in the academic records application.

If you also assign an activity to a customer status, the system will check if you are authorized to use the assigned activity when you switch to this customer status in a process. Activity assignment is optional.

Activities

  1. Enter a four-character alphanumeric key and a description for each required customer status.
  2. Assign an activity to the customer statuses, if required.

Example

Your university requires that both the main exam office and the faculty exam office give their approval before an assessment process is opened. You define the following customer statuses:

  • Submit to check by main exam office
  • Approved by main exam office (submit to check by faculty exam office)
  • Approved by faculty exam office
  • Fully approved

You can map your approval procedure in the system and generate a worklist for the different instances by combining the required set of statuses.
