Use

In this IMG activity, you define exam plans according to your individual requirements. You can use these exam plans to implement specific checks when you open an assessment process (see IMG activity BAdI: Open Process).

Activities

Enter a four-character alphanumeric key and a description for each required exam plan.

Example

You want to restrict the number of registrations for certain assessments. You therefore define exam plans which map these restrictions in the system:

  • Single-student exam
  • Multiple-student exam (mass exam)
  • Group exam (4 students per group)

Then you use the BAdI HRPIQ00EVOB_REGCHECK (Open Process) to create an implementation which evaluates the registrations you have already received and, for example, exclude any new registrations.
