Use
In this IMG activity, you determine how to manage the repeated subjects in a student's transcript when carrying out equivalency determination (ED). There are three ways to manage the repeated subjects. They are as follows:
- Best
Of all the repeated subjects, the one with best grade is used for ED.
- Last
Of all the repeated subjects, the subject taken the most recently is used for ED.
- All
All the subjects listed in the transcript of the student are used for ED.

In the entry with group ED and setting REP_SU, enter one of the following values:
- BEST
- LAST
- ALL
Example
A student's transcript can list a number of repeated subjects, for example:
MATH5 Summer 2007 A
MATH5 Winter 2007 B
In this example, the student has taken the same subject over two semesters, resulting in different grades.
The value you choose to manage these subjects will result as follows:
- BEST
The subject with the best grade is evaluated, that means that only "MATH5 Summer 2007 A" will be used in the ED.
- LAST
Here, the subject "MATH5 Winter 2007 B" will be used for ED.
- ALL
Here, both subjects will be used in ED.
