Use

In this IMG activity, you can define that correspondence creation be triggered by activities. If you make this setting, the system creates correspondence automatically when it performs a certain activity.

Activities

  1. Assign a correspondence type to the activities that should trigger correspondence creation.
  2. Set the Activate indicator.
  3. If required, enter an application form.

Note

Release 471 of Campus Management supports the following activities for activity-related correspondence creation:

  • AD01 - Create Admission Application
  • AD03 - Delete Admission Application
  • AD05 - Execute Admission
  • AD06 - Reject Admission Application

Example

You want activity AD01 (Create Admission Application) to create form Z_ISHERCM_ADM_ARRIVED of correspondence type CM01 ( Admission Correspondence in Campus Management).

You therefore assign correspondence type CM01 and application form Z_ISHERCM_ADM_ARRIVED to activity AD01. You also set the Activate indicator.

Then when you create an admission application for a new student in the student file, the system automatically creates correspondence for this student with form Z_ISHERCM_ADM_ARRIVED.
