Use

In this IMG activity, you build an appraisal template and define the appraisal types you want to use in the appraisal.

For each appraisal type, you can specify a weighting and a key figure. The system takes these parameters into account when it calculates grades. If you do not specify a figure for the appraisal type, the system uses the default key figure you defined in the previous activity.

You can assign an authorization profile to the appraisal template. If you do not assign an authorization profile to the appraisal template, the system uses the standard authorization profile.

Requirements

• You have created the required appraisal types and appraisal templates. You make these settings in the following IMG activities:
• Define Appraisal Types
• Define Appraisal Templates
• You have created the required key figures in Customizing for Campus Management under Campus Management Master Data -> Key Figures.
• You have defined a default key figure if you require this. You define the default key figure in the IMG activity Define Default Key Figure.
• You have defined and built the required authorization profiles for appraisals. You make these settings in the following IMG activities:
• Define Authorization Profiles for Appraisals
• Build Authorization Profiles for Appraisals
• Define Standard Authorization Profile for Appraisals

Activities

1. Insert the required appraisal template in the structure.
1. Choose Insert Element and then Insert Appraisal Template.
2. Use input help to select the appraisal template.
3. Assign an authorization profile to the appraisal if required.
2. Assign appraisal types to this appraisal template.
1. Choose Insert Element and then Insert Appraisal Type One Level Lower.
3. Choose an appraisal type, and enter a weighting if required.
4. Enter a key figure for the appraisal type.
5. Build the appraisal template as required.

You build the appraisal template for module appraisal as follows:
