Use

In this activity, you create the statuses that your appraisals can have. The status provides information on the current state of appraisal processing.

You can use customer enhancement HRPIQ00_GRADING (Change Appraisal Administration Data) to respond to the status of an appraisal or to set the status of an appraisal. You can edit this customer enhancement in the section Customer Enhancements for Appraisals -> Change Special Appraisal Data and Module Booking Data.
