In this IMG activity, you define appraisal remarks. You can use these remarks as attributes for control of subsequent activities or for customer evaluations.

Activities

Enter a two-character alphanumeric key and a description for each required appraisal remark.

Example

You define the following appraisal remarks and set up the relevant subsequent activities.

• Appraisal remark: Absent
  

  Subsequent activities:

• The system rates the exam as a failure.
• The system automatically generates correspondence informing the student (s)he has failed the exam.
• The system automatically registers the student for the make-up exam.
• Appraisal remark: Excused absence
  

  Subsequent activity:

• The system does not rate the exam as a failure.
• The student is offered the possibility to register for the exam again.
