Use
In this IMG activity, you define whether or not it should be possible to use the user-defined search for resources of the type room and instructor in event planning.
If the user-defined search is to be used, you must define the standard resource types for room and instructor.
Requirements
Standard settings
The SAP standard system is not configured for use of the user-defined search.
Activities
- Choose the required value for the entry with group ACADOFFER and setting RESFREESRK:
- Value X: The user-defined search for resources can be used
- Value " " (blank): The user-defined search for resources cannot be used
- If you want to allow use of the user-defined search, you must define the following:
- Standard resource type for instructors in the entry with group ACADOFFER and setting INSTRUCTOR
- Standard resource type for rooms in the entry with group ACADOFFER and setting ROOM
