In this activity, you set up the test types you need so that you can enter test results in the infotype External Test Results (1721). You can also assign subtest types to these test types.

Activities

Make sure the top node External Test Types is activated.

To set up a test type, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Enter the following data for each external test type an external organization has:
    1. An up to twelve-character alphanumeric key
    2. A description
    3. The external organization
    4. A grading scale
  3. Choose Save and then Back.

To set up subtest types, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the test type and choose the node External Subtest Types.
  2. Choose New entries.
  3. Enter the following data for each external subtest type:
    1. An up to twelve-character alphanumeric key
    2. A description
    3. A grading scale
    4. If required, a sort sequence
  4. Choose Save.
