Use

In this IMG activity, you run the report program RHIQ_ST_PERS_SYNC_CURR (Periodic Synchronization of Account Data for Student Business Partners) in the test mode, and schedule a daily background run. For more information, see the program documentation and the F1 Help for program selection screen fields.

Schedule this program once daily in your production system.

Note

Activities

To schedule the program as a daily background job, proceed as follows:

  1. On the program selection screen, choose Program -> Execute in Background.
  2. The Background Print Parameters dialog box appears.
    1. Check the default parameters, and change them if necessary.
    2. Choose Continue.
  3. The Start Time dialog box appears.
    1. Choose Period Values.
    2. Set Daily, and save this value.
    3. Choose Date/Time, and enter the scheduled start values.
    4. Set the Periodic Job indicator.
    5. Choose Save.

Further notes

The synchronization of data for all students can lead to long runtimes.
