In this activity, you assign time limits to time limit sequences. A time limit may be assigned to only one time limit sequence. You need to make these assignments only if you use Campus Management fee calculation.

Example

You have set up the time limit sequence add/drop modules, and want to assign it the following time limits:

  • Add/Drop: Refund 100%
  • Add/Drop: Refund 80%
  • Add/Drop: Refund 50%
  • Add/Drop: Refund 20%
  • Add/Drop: Refund 0

Activities

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Set up the combinations of time limit and time limit sequence you require by choosing the appropriate entries.
  3. When you have made all the required entries, choose Save.

Further notes

  • In fee calculation, you can only use time limits that are assigned to a time limit sequence.
  • In the academic calendar, the time limits in each time limit sequence must be continuous, i.e. have no time gaps.
