In this activity, you define whether the system should automatically set a specific user status when the user performs an activity in notification processing.

Example

You want the system to set the specified user status when the following activities are performed:

Function (Activity)    User Status

Approve application for admission    Approved

Send letter of rejection    Rejected

Requirements

The specified activities must be performed by a Campus Management function module as the entries in this view can only be evaluated in these function modules.

Activities

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Use input help to choose the notification type and the function (activity) for which you want to set the desired user status.
  3. Use input help to choose the user status you want to set for this activity.

    You must also enter the status in the internal display. The input help function enables you to display the valid statuses for the status profile assigned to the notification type. Input help shows both the status short and long texts.

  4. Choose Save.
