Use
In this IMG activity, you define the line layout variant, list type, initial screen, and sort variant for different functions. The system uses these settings as defaults when you access the account balance display.
Standard settings
The system offers the following functions for accessing the account balance display from within Campus Management (calling program = Campus Management):
- STBUR - Student accounting
- STREG - Student registration office
- STD - Standard access to account display
You can define default values for these functions.

Create the default values for the above functions.
Further notes
You can define which function the system should use to access the account balance display by entering this in the user data of the respective user. You define the function by entering the parameter ID PIQACTBAL in the user data and specifying a function here. If you only enter this parameter ID in the user data but do not specify a function, the system will use the function STD to access the account balance display.
For each user, you can also define whether the system should display the account balance in ALV format. You do this by entering the parameter ID 822 in the respective user's data. The system uses the ALV format if this parameter ID is assigned to the user and the value X is entered here.
