Use

In this IMG activity, you define the functions for the following applications and assign the relevant activities to these functions.

  • Functions for qualification conferment in the student file

    Note: You must assign activity CQ01 (confer qualification) to these functions. The system does not evaluate the activities CQ02, CQ03, and CQ04.

  • Functions for editing exams in the academic records application.

    The following activities are relevant for these functions:

    • EX01: conduct exam
    • EX02: prepare exam
    • EX03: evaluate exam

You assign the allowed object types to each activity. These can be person, external person, and organization. The application can therefore determine a concrete object for the object types defined for each function.

Activities

  1. Enter an up to four-character alphanumeric key and a description for each function you require.
  2. Assign the relevant activities to each function.
  3. Assign the desired object types to each activity.

Example

You create the function "conferring institution" for qualification conferment. You assign activity CQ01 (confer qualification) to this function. Then, you assign the object type organizational unit (O) or external organization (EO) to activity CQ01.
