In this activity, you set up the degree levels you need to indicate the standing of the degrees and degree types offered by your university.

In the next activity, you can assign these degree levels to degree types.

You set up a degree level by entering a four-character alphanumeric key and a descriptive text. You must create a new entry for each required degree level.

Possible degree levels are:

  • Undergraduate
  • Graduate
  • Postgraduate

Activities

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. In the field Level ID, enter a four-character alphanumeric key for each degree level you want to create.
  3. In the field Lvl desc., enter a descriptive text for each degree level.
  4. In the field Sort seq., enter a sort sequence for your entries.
  5. When you have made all the required entries, choose Save.
