    Enter a two-character alphanumeric key and a description for each academic level.

  3. Define the sort sequence.

    We recommend that you define the sort sequence in steps of 10 (10/20/30 etc.) so that you can incorporate new entries in the list at a later time.

  4. Choose Save.
