In this activity, you create the required service statuses.

Example

You want to distinguish between students and applicants who

  • have performed military service,
  • have performed non-military service, or
  • were career soldiers.

Requirements

You have defined the country of the university in the SAP Customizing Implementation Guide under Campus Management Master Data -> Students -> Basic Settings -> Define Country of University.

Activities

  1. Enter the country grouping.
  2. Choose New entries.
  3. Enter an up to two-digit numeric key and a descriptive text for each service status.
  4. When you have made all the required entries, choose Save.

Further notes

The Customizing table is country-dependent. It is also used in Personnel Administration.
