Import support files from UCAS
After you stored all the support files from UCAS according to the path definition in the IMG activity 'Maintain global path to UCAS files' from a former step you can now import the data from those files and populate some of the mapping tables T/PIQ_GB.... needed for the UCAS interface.
The purpose of most of the tables T7PIQ_GB�.. is to establish a mapping of values used by UCAS to the values necessary for work in SAP Campus Management and vice versa.
Quite a lot of them can be populated with the help of UCAS supplied so-called coded value files that can be obtained from the UCAS firewall also.
The report RHIQ_IMPORT_UCAS_SUPPORT_FILES is used to extract information from the UCAS support files (e.g. schools, courses, countries, counties, etc) and populate some of the mapping tables T7PIQ_GB�.

Submit the report RHIQ_IMPORT_UCAS_SUPPORT_FILES.
Choose the variant ALL, which will import the maximum possible from the files.
You may additionally enter the name for a file with definitions of default conditions
Further notes
The default Conditions that may be imported into tables T7PIQ_GB_COND ff can be used when taking decisions. To import them with the utility report the file containing the default conditions must match the following layout:
col. 1-6 Marvin Course code
col. 8-9 Id of default condition
col. 11-210 Default condition
The default filename the report will propose is def_cond.dat but it may be overwritten when starting the report.
