In this IMG activity, you define the statuses for grants you manage with the Campus Management system. For each grant status, you must specify whether or not the evaluation mode expected grant or disbursement authorization is allowed.

You must also assign a version for the statistical document. The system only uses this document version when it calculates expected grants. This is the case when you run grant evaluation in the expected grant mode. When you manage grants with the Campus Management system, you only need one document version for all grant statuses. The document version you choose therefore applies for all entries.

Requirements

You have defined the required grant types and specified the document version. You make these settings in Customizing for Campus Management in the IMG activities:

Activities

  1. Enter a four-character alphanumeric key and a description for each required grant status.
  2. For each grant status, determine whether the evaluation mode expected grant or disbursement authorization is allowed, and set the respective indicator.
  3. Enter one document version for all grant statuses.

Example

You define the following grant statuses:
