In this IMG activity, you define the grant prerequisite types. For each prerequisite type, you can define whether the following requirements are mandatory, optional, or not allowed:
- Quantitative requirement in a credit type
A quantitative requirement can be a minimum number of credits of a specific type.
- First qualitative requirement
A qualitative requirement can be registration in a certain program or module.
- Second qualitative requirement
The prerequisite type must be assigned a function module for grant evaluation.
Standard settings
The standard system contains the following prerequisite types:
- 1 - Minimum number of credits
- 2 - Specified program booked
- 3 - Specified module booked
- 4 - Minimum number of credits in a module
These prerequisite types have the following attributes:

All of the standard prerequisite types are assigned function module PMIQBP_GR_COND_EVALT_01.
Activities
If you use the standard prerequisite types:
- Check the prerequisite types.
- For prerequisite types 1 and 4, enter the unit for credits.
If you use new prerequisite types:
- Enter a one-character alphanumeric key and a description for each new prerequisite type you require.
- Create the required attributes.
- Assign a function module.
