In this IMG activity, you assign academic periods to your fee calculation periods.
You can assign one or more academic periods to each fee calculation period. However, you may only assign one fee calculation period to an academic period.
Requirements
You defined the required fee calculation periods in the previous IMG activity.
You have set up the required academic years and sessions. You make these settings in Customizing for Campus Management in the section Campus Management Master Data -> Academic Calendars -> Academic Years and Sessions.
Recommendation
When you make the assignments, make sure that the different academic sessions within a fee calculation period do not overlap.
Activities
Choose a fee calculation period for each academic year and session combination.
Example
