Document Name	CM_AS_XX_302

In this IMG activity, you define the statuses for grants you manage with an external management system.

You also assign each grant status a document version for the statistical document. You use different document versions to map the different external processing statuses of grants in the system. If you evaluate grants in Campus Management, the system only uses the document version when it calculates expected grants. This is the case when you run grant evaluation in the expected grant evaluation mode.

Requirements

You have defined the required grant types and specified the document version. You make these settings in Customizing for Campus Management in the IMG activities:

• Define Grant Types
• Define Versions for Statistical Documents.

Activities

1. Enter a four-character alphanumeric key and a description for each required grant status.
2. Assign a document version to each grant status.

Example

You define the following grant statuses:

Grant status    Document version

0100 - Offered    100 - grant offered

0110 - Accepted    110 - accepted by student

0120 - Confirmed    120 - confirmed by sponsor

0130 - Awarded    130 - grant awarded
