In this IMG activity, you define the fee calculation procedures your university requires.
You can also release the fee calculation procedures
Recommendation
We recommend that you release fee calculation procedures before using them in the production system. Once you have released a fee calculation procedure and used it in a production system, you should not change it as this would result in inconsistencies in the fee calculation history. Instead, you should copy this fee calculation procedure, change it as required, and use this copy instead (see also SAP note 688537).
Activities
- Enter a six-character alphanumeric key and a description for each fee calculation procedure you require.
- Set up the hierarchical structure of the fee calculation procedure. You make this setting in the IMG activity Define Fee Calculation Steps and Assign Step Elements.
