In this activity, you define the statuses of the transcripts which students submit to your university.

You can assign a transcript status to an external transcript in student master data maintenance (external academic work) on the External Transcripts (1719) tab page.

Example

Your university receives interim and final transcripts. To map this in the system, you set up the following transcript statuses:

  • Interim
  • Final

Activities

  1. Enter a four-character alphanumeric key and a description for each transcript status you require.
  2. Set the Release indicator if you want to allow an equivalency with this transcript status to be released.
  3. If you selected the derivation rule highest status in the previous IMG activity Set Up Transcript Categories, you must specify the status level here so that the system can determine which is the highest status. In this case, enter a numeric value (for example, 01, 02, etc.).
