As a standard, table T77ITEX already contains entries for internal object types, for which not all infotypes are copied. An internal infotype is an infotype which is defined in table T7780, but not entered in table T77EO.

In this step you can determine which infotypes should not be copied when you are copying objects (in addition to the entries in table T77ITEX).

Activities

Make the following settings:

  • If you want the infotype only to be excluded on a scenario-specific basis, enter a hierarchy framework scenario in the Szenario field. If you do not enter a hierarchy framework scenario here, the infotype is excluded independently of the scenario.
  • In the Object Type field, enter the internal object type whose infotypes are to be excluded from copying. If you do not enter an object type, the data record settings will be valid for all object types.
  • In the Infotype field, enter the infotype which is not to be copied. You must not enter infotype 1000 here. Data records which contain infotype 1000 will be ignored. If the infotype field has no entry, none of the infotypes of the object - except infotype 1000 - will be copied. If you enter the relationship infotype (infotype 1001), you can use the Subtype and Type of the Related Object fields to further restrict which relationships should be excluded.
  • If you enter a subtype in the Subtype field, then only the entered combination (Infotype, Subtype) is excluded from copying. In the Subtype field you can also enter wildcards in the form A* and B*. If the infotype field contains no entry, the system ignores the entry in the Subtype field.
  • In the Type of Related Object field, enter an object type if you do not want relationship infotype records (infotype 1001) to be copied for objects of this type. If you have entered an infotype other than 1001 in the Infotype field, the system ignores any corresponding entry in the Typ des verknüpften Objektes field.
