The release status allows you to control whether you want to exclude the person who initiates a release from the release:
Status: '44', '33', '22' and '11' ... The initiator is authorized to release
Status: '43', '32' and '21' ... The initiator is not authorized to release. When a transaction is created, this is considered the first release.
Requirements
You have activated the release procedure for the release object CBP (SAP Business Partner) in the IMG activity Activate Release.
Standard settings
No release parameter settings have been determined in the standard system.
Activities
Enter other BP roles, if necessary. Choose a release status for the existing roles, and set the active indicator.
Example
You would like to set a dual control for the business partner role of counterparty. Enter the role TR0151, choose the release status 22, and set the active indicator.
