Use
In this IMG activity, you check the assignments of grouping rules to grouping reasons delivered in the standard system for personnel assignments and change them if required.
The same grouping rule can be assigned several grouping reasons. There are cross-country and country-specific assignments. For more information, see Configuration Category of Assignments to a Grouping Reason.
Requirements
You have performed the IMG activities Change Grouping Reasons for Personnel Assignments and Change Grouping Rules for Personnel Assignments.
The indicator changeability of assignments to a grouping reason is set in the Grouping Reasons for Personnel Assignments view for the grouping reason for which you want to create a customer-specific assignment.
Standard settings
The standard system contains cross-country and country-specific assignments of grouping rules to grouping reasons.
Activities
If you want to use the standard assignments, you do not have to make any settings.
If you have created your own grouping reason or grouping rule, you must also create a cross-country or country-specific assignment for it in this IMG activity.
If you want to change the standard assignments, create new entries for the relevant standard grouping reasons and grouping rules with the status customer entry. This enables you to override the standard assignment.
