Use
In this activity you define the following settings for systems with Release SAP BW 3.x and lower:
- You set a user-defined Web template as the standard Web template for ad-hoc analysis.
- You set a user-defined Web template als the standard Web template for BEx Broadcasting.
- You set a Web template that is used to create documents for queries in BEx Broadcasting.
- You set a user-defined Web template as the standard Web template for the left-hand area of the document browser.
Requirements
Standard settings
Ad-hoc analysis uses the delivered standard Web template (0ADHOC).
For BEx Broadcasting, the delivered standard Web template 0BROADCASTING_TEMPLATE is used. For broadcasting queries, the delivered standard Web template 0QUERY_TEMPLATE_BROADCASTING is used.
For the document browser, the delivered standard document template 0DOC_TEMPLATE2 is used.
Activities
To set a user-defined Web template as the standard Web template for ad-hoc analysis, enter the technical name of the Web template under Ad-Hoc Analysis. If you do not specify a technical name, the delivered standard Web template (0ADHOC) is used for ad-hoc analysis.
To set a user-defined Web template as the standard Web template for BEx Broadcasting, enter the technical name of the Web template under Broadcasting.
To set a user-defined Web template as the standard Web template for creating documents for queries in BEx Broadcasting, enter the technical name of the Web template under Query Precalculation.
To set a user-defined Web template as the standard Web template for the left-hand side of the document browser, specify the name of the Web under which the Web template has been stored in the Web Application Designer.
