Use
In this activity you can define a target repository for documents. You need this repository to display documents that are stored in the CM repository (for example after the migration) from the Data Warehousing Workbench.
Requirements
You correctly configured the portal that is connected to the backend.
Standard settings
Activities
- Go to table maintenance (transaction SE16). Under Table/View enter the technical name RSPOR_T_PORTAL.
- Choose Maintain.
The maintenance transaction of the connected portals is displayed.
If you connected multiple portals, the indicator for the default portal must be set.
- Mark the default portal and select it by double-clicking.
The portal details are displayed.
- Under System Name enter the system alias of the backend from the portal system landscape.
- Under BI CM Repository Prefix Master Data, BI CM Repository Prefix Metadata, BI CM Repository InfoProv. Data , enter the prefix of the CM repository in which the documents are stored.
- Save your settings.
