Activities

To create a RFC destination, execute the following steps:

  1. Start transaction SM59.
  2. Create a RFC destination of type TCP/IP.
  3. On the Technical Settings tab page, choose the Registered Server Program option.
  4. As the registered server program, enter the program name that you have chosen when you defined the Connector Container, for example: BI_DATA_FLOW_GENERATOR.
  5. As the gateway host, enter the host for the BW system and the relevant gateway service.
  6. You can then check the RFC destination using Connection test. No connection errors should then occur.
