Use
In this IMG activity, you define the influencing factors of the type "BPS key figure". These influencing factors access key figures that are stored in the planning level of a BPS planning area.
Requirements
Before you can define an influencing factor of the type "BPS key figure", you must create the BPS objects to be used (planning area, planning level including assigned key figure, and planning package).
If you want to use the influencing factor in a forecast model as a non-normalizing influencing factor, you must also create a key figure for each of the following values:
- The influencing factor
- The relevant regression coefficient
Standard settings
SAP delivers one influencing factor of the type "BPS key figure":
- 0RME_ADB (Example Advertising Budget per Category and Country)
This influencing factor accesses planning area 4RTFMM01 and planning level 4RTFPL03. The values of key figure 0RT_ADVTISG, which is assigned to this level, are read.
This forecast model is only an example and should not be used productively.
