Use
In this activity you assign a title level number to a title levels InfoObject. If you have defined scenario A (integration between CRM and R/3), you must assign the InfoObject for the title ID and the title GUID to the title levels InfoObject.
Requirements
The proposed concept is to provide three title levels from profitability Analysis (CO-PA) or the special ledger from Financial Accounting. If the profitability sector or the special ledger have been set up with three title levels, the Customizing settings listed below can be used. You must assign the corresponding title level number to the title levels InfoObject in the Define Title Levels Customizing activity. The lowest title level number corresponds to the highest title level here. This produces the following example Customizing settings (refer to the standard settings). If you want to introduce additional title levels, you can modify the Customizing settings accordingly.
Standard settings
Title level number Title level InfoObject Description
10 0ME_TTL01 Media title (mat.no.) from level 1
20 0ME_TTL02 Media title (mat.no.) from level 2
30 0ME_TTL03 Media title (mat.no.) from level 3
In scenario A (integration between CRM and R/3), the InfoObject for the title ID and the title GUID must also be assigned to the title levels InfoObject. When making Customizing settings for the title ID and title GUID, you should check that you only record one characteristic for the title ID and title GUID for each title level. You must always use a different characteristic for the title ID and title GUID for each title level, which is not the same as the characteristic used in the preceding title level.
If you are using the three standard title levels, you can copy the following example Customizing settings:
Title level InfoObject l Title ID InfoObject Title GUID InfoObject
0ME_TTL01 0ME_TTLID01 0IPM_TITLE1
0ME_TTL02 0ME_TTLID02 0IPM_TITLE2
0ME_TTL03 0ME_TTLID03 0IPM_TITLE3
