In this IMG activity, data elements, table names and control parameters are stored for the business partner conversion for project 0003 business partner phase II by report program RFTBUH02_2.
A particular conversion routine is determined for each data element and table.
The report program RFTBUP_09 generates the conversion reports from the data in this IMG activity.

Standard settings
The conversion can have the following status. This is also displayed in the IMG activity Conversion Reports:
At the start of the conversion the status is <Space>.
Status <0: Conversion allowed>
Status <1: Conversion not released> is set following a test run in which errors have occurred
Status <2: Conversion terminated>
Status <3: Conversion released> is set following an error-free test run
Status <4: Conversion carried out> is set after a successful update run
Status <5: No values available> is set if the table BPUM is empty
Status <6: Backup cancelled> is set if the restart fails following termination
Status <7: Conversion blocked> is set following a successful update run that cannot be repeated
