In this IMG activity, the report program RFTBUH02_2 Copy Control Tables defines a table for project 0003 Business Partner Phase II (business partner conversion) for all the Real Estate Business Partner domains that are relevant for the conversion from project 0001 Business Partner Conversion New (Phase I).
Depending upon the release status, both phases of the business partner conversion run at different times. In this case, because the control tables are processed in two different projects, the tables must exist for both project 0001 Business Partner Conversion New and 0003 Business Partner Phase II (Business Partner Conversion). The IMG activity therefore contains all the domains that are relevant for the conversion for project 0003 Business Partner Phase II after the report RFTBUH02_0 has been executed.

Requirements
You have run the conversion report RFTBUH02_0.
Standard settings
- The domains BP_ADRNR and SADRNR must be excluded from the conversion.
- You must convert the 4-character domains BP_REL_TYP Business Partner Relationship Categories and BP_ROLE_TYP Business Partner Role Categories for the Real Estate Business Partner, because these are 6-character domains for the SAP Business Partner (BU_RELTYP and BU_RLTYP).
- All other domains are converted too, unless
- they were transferred 1:1 from phase 1 and were not changed
- the numbers in the keys remain the same
If this is the case, you can exclude these domains from the conversion. If you convert these domains anyway, the system converts the old values to new values on a 1:1 basis.
To eliminate risks, run the conversion for all the domains except for the business partner numbers. This conversion option could impair performance, however.
Activities
After executing the report RFTBUH02_0 for project 0003 Business Partner Phase II, make the following manual settings:
- Set the Exclude indicator to remove the domains BP_ADRNR (Address Number) and SADRNR (Address Number) from the conversion, if this setting has not already been made by the system.
- If you wish, you can set the Exclude indicator to remove other domains from the conversion, in order to improve performance. You should consider this option carefully before implementation (note the preconditions under Standard Settings).
Further notes
The table contains the names of the form routines that are used to convert values. If no pool name is specified for the form routine, the system searches for the form in include RFTBUP04_5. This information is passed on to control tables generated from this table.
